What we collect
You can browse this website without telling us who you are. We only collect personal information when you choose to send it through one of our forms:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), what you’re interested in, and your message.
- Showing requests: your name, phone number, email address, the times that suit you, the home you’re asking about, and any questions.
- Home value requests: the property’s address and basic details (bedrooms, bathrooms, size, condition), when you might sell, and your name, email and phone number.
Please don’t send sensitive details such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or passwords through our forms.
How we use it
We use what you send us only to answer you and to help with the real estate question or transaction you asked about. That might mean calling or emailing you back, scheduling a showing, or preparing a market analysis of your home.
We won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
We never sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We share it only when it’s needed to help you. For example, we might share it with another agent or a lender you’ve asked us to connect you with, or with the service providers that deliver our website’s form messages to our office. We also share it when the law requires us to.

Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently set any cookies, and it doesn’t use advertising trackers or analytics. If that changes, we’ll update this page first.
Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser loads a page, it requests the font files from Google’s servers, and Google receives your IP address and basic browser information as part of that request. Google Fonts doesn’t set cookies. You can read more in Google’s Fonts privacy FAQ.
Links to other sites, such as Google Maps, Nextdoor and Instagram, are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies.
How we protect it
This website is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection. We keep the information you send only as long as we need it to help you or as long as real estate record-keeping rules require.
Children
This website is meant for adults looking to buy or sell property. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
