Getting to know Huber Heights
Huber Heights sits just north of Dayton, right where I-70 meets the Brandt Pike and Old Troy Pike corridors. Our office is on Brandt Pike, so these are streets we know well.
The city took shape in 1956, when developer Charles H. Huber began building the brick homes that give many neighborhoods their look today. Wayne Township became the City of Huber Heights in 1981. Now you will find a busy recreation campus at The Heights, a large MetroPark with a working historical farm, and shopping and dining along the main roads.

Carriage Hill MetroPark has more than 5 miles of walking trails, Cedar Lake with a fishing pier, and bridle trails. In town, Thomas A. Cloud Park has a seasonal splash pad and a veterans memorial.

Brandt Pike, Old Troy Pike and the I-70 interchanges are lined with grocery stores, shopping centers and local restaurants, so most errands stay close to home.

Music and events
Rose Music Center at The Heights is a covered outdoor amphitheater with national touring acts. Next door, Eichelberger Amphitheater hosts free summer concerts, movie nights and a farmers market.
